Everything you need to know about attending Cookstown
It started with a small antique show at the Cookstown Curling Club in 1980. Since then Antique Shows Canada has produced indoor and outdoor shows in venues across Canada. One of the better-known shows was Christie. We co-founded it in 1988, became sole owners in 2004 and eventually sold Christie in 2010. During this time, Antique Shows Canada has earned a reputation for running top quality events featuring great dealers.
Cookstown, long known for antiques, eclectic shops and a country vibe, is 35 minutes north of Toronto via Highway 400, and 5 minutes west on Highway 89. The show takes place on the spacious grounds of the Georgian Bay Steam Show, one km west of downtown. Expect to find top dealers, great antiques, food court and other conveniences in a beautiful rural setting. A great day in the country!
